There are lots of problems with muscles that can cause pain.
Poor posture or repeated movements at work or in sports can cause stress to muscle that can result in fibrotic change, trigger point formation (painful knots) or acute or chronic strain.
Sometimes muscle pain can begin very suddenly (e.g. muscle tear during physical exertion) and other times muscles spasm due to problems with the joints and ligaments which they cross.
The cause of the muscle pain is first identified and then where needed deep tissue massage, release methods and stretches are used in order to reduce the pain and improve function.
If joint problems / poor posture are causing the pain then these are also corrected with a course of care.
My name is Andrew Phillips. I have had three visits with Ben and now I’m hitting the golf ball miles and tearing Bryn Meadows up! Thank you so much!
