General exercise guidelines: 

  • STOP if you feel breathless or experience palpitations
  • Breathe normally throughout, do not hold your breath. 
  • Focus on slow, controlled movements 
  • Check with your chiropractor if you are not sure how to perform your exercises. 
  • Try to enjoy them, they will help you a great deal!
